To ensure the best experience for all divers, we have a firm cancellation policy. Space on our tours is limited, and once you reserve a spot, it’s reserved for you, preventing us from offering it to others. This policy helps us recoup lost revenue and covers associated costs. It’s comparable to other dive shops on the island.
Our cancellation policy applies only to bookings confirmed by Sand Dollar Sports. Bookings made through external agents follow their policies.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for alcohol consumption before diving. While moderation is acceptable, anyone arriving hungover or smelling of alcohol will be denied participation and will not receive a refund. There are absolutely no exceptions.
Sand Dollar Sports reserves the right to refuse service, without a refund, to anyone deemed unsafe, irresponsible, non-compliant with dive plans, disrespectful to the crew, or in violation of marine park regulations.
