Course Description
The PADI Open Water Diver Referral offers an excellent option for divers who want to finish their Open Water certification while enjoying tropical destinations such as Cozumel. Once you’ve completed the initial phasesโtheoretical learning (Part 1) and pool training (Part 2)โyour certified instructor will issue a PADI Open Water Diver referral document. This paperwork allows you to visit Sand Dollar Sports or any PADI dive center globally and complete your final open-water training dives within one year of your most recent lesson. The concluding segment of your certification usually requires two days to finish.
Your course includes:
- PADI Open Water digital manual
- Agualung dive equipment for all certification dives (4 shore dives)
- Mask, snorkel, fins, weights, and wetsuit
- PADI certified instructor
- Daily access to our dive facilities and coral restoration area
- The Half Referral course includes 2 dives and takes approximately 3 hours to complete
As a PADI Open Water Diver, youโll be trained to a maximum depth of 18 metres/60 feet, and are qualified to dive in conditions as good as, or better than, those in which you trained. Itโs just the beginning of a lifetime filled with dive adventures.
Our location features Sunset Beach, a restaurant and bar where you can enjoy some of the best food and drinks on the island. After a fun-filled day of diving, you can unwind during our daily happy hour with daily specials on food and beverages.
